1. How do I book a vacation home or how do I ask a reservation inquiry?
   With our inquiry/booking forms you can take up directly contact to the owner and send your reservation inquiry. You find a link to this form in the detailed view of each object at the link 'contact to the owner'. In the description of the holiday home you find also an overview of the rental rates and a current booking calendar, so you can formulate more purposefully your inquiry.
   
   The reservation inquiries are free and noncommittal for you. Also after a rental contract between you and the owner in-vacanze.com will require no commission fee. There are no hidden costs from our side.

2. What can I do, if I do not get an answer on my request sent away over the booking form?
   Sometimes beside the booking form in the detailed descriptions of the domiciles are listed different contact possibilities to the owner such as telephone or fax number. If you can reach the owner neither by telephone nor by fax, please send us a email to service@in-vacanze.com or call us at +49 221 9727744. We will try to be helpful to get in contact with the owner.

3. Are the reservation inquiries liable to pay the costs? Do I pay commission fees?
   The reservation inquiries are free for you. You book directly with the owner and/or manager. There are no hidden costs for example in the form of commission fees.

4. How do I proceed, if I want to look for holiday homes and/or certain vacation regions?
   in-vacanze.com offers you two search possibilities: One is the full text search – use the link "Find a Domicile" and you can enter your "search words" into a text field. If you look for e.g. a holidays domicile at the beach, enter the word "beach". Additionally you have the possibility to specify some search criteria e.g. swimming pool, chimney and/or child-friendly.
   
   If you look for a holiday accommodation in a certain country or a certain region, please use the select boxes at the starting page of in-vacanze.com. Just select a country and if necessary a region and you will get an overview over all holidays homes in this region.

5. How can I use the function "My Bookmarks"?
   The function "My Bookmarks" helps to remember attractive holidays domiciles. If you want to add a holiday home to your bookmarks, you have to open the detailed view and click at the link "Bookmark page". This link is on every detail page above on the right side. You find your bookmark list under the menu link "My Bookmarks". Of course the selected holiday homes can be removed at any time from the list. This bookmark list makes the search faster and more comfortable.

6. Are all data current to the holidays domiciles?
   For the description of the holidays domiciles and for the actualization of the data the owner and/or manager are responsible. We cannot guarantee therefore the correctness and the completeness of the domicile data presented in our listing unfortunately. We ask for your understanding.

7. Can you send me a holidays domicile catalog?
   We are a online holiday home listing and send away therefore no printed catalogs. Perhaps you can request printed information if necessary at the owner.
